Friendly and very accommodating, went the extra mile to ensure I was happy and comfortable . Had a problem with the bath first night and straight away moved to a temporary room, next day given a room with the same view as before. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of endless hot and cold buffet choices and coffees. The view of the Thames and Tower Bridge was amazing. Such a treat. My temporary room has a view of the docks. A beautiful hotel at the foot of the Bridge opposite the Tower and a 12 minute walk from Tower Hill.train station. Very central with Uber Boats docking opposite the Tower. A perfect location , a beautiful hotel, with lobby area to relax, see the Bridge and restaurant with amazing Bridge views and outside cozy table fire heaters. Treated my nephew from Australia to a few nights and he too loved it and we were both impressed. Well Done The Tower Hotel.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its exceptionally convenient location, namely on the banks of the Thames, a step away from Tower Bridge and the Tower itself. We paid extra to get a room with a bridge view and did not regret it. Now about the room, it was spacious with everything you need, including almost everything that was written in the description, except for a coffee machine. We took breakfasts at the hotel to save time in the morning and this was their only advantage, the breakfasts were hearty but monotonous, and the lack of salads was especially depressing, only cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.

Room was spacious, wonderful view, clean, comfortable and included bottled water, kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Food was delicious and great service (friendly and professional). Liked that they stored our luggage until our room was ready. Response to requests for service and maintenance was immediate. Liked that there were cabs ready to take, restaurants and stores nearby, and converters and umbrellas to rent. Location was perfect (close to iconic attractions and multiple transportation options nearby) and the view from the room was amazing!

Location of the property is fabulous, and therefore we have stayed here every time we’ve come to London in the past 5 years. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We checked out today and while enroute to the airport my husband discovered he had left his cell phone behind. I called the hotel, confirmed the phone had been left in the room, and got instructions to connect with security to register the phone in their inventory until our friend could pick it up later in the week — outstanding service!

Public transport is extremely accessible, with nearby underground stations and bus stops making it easy to get around the city. This convenience made our visit smooth and enjoyable.
